Alert: Change in COVID-Related Entry Requirements for Senegal

The COVID-19 related entry requirements to Senegal have changed. Effective immediately, all travelers to Senegal must present:

  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate that includes a QR code showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience or Vaxzevria), Covishield, Janssen J&J, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinovac, or Sinopharm at least 14 days before departure; or
  • a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival. The test result must be in English or French.

This does not apply to passengers younger than two years.
