The Pan-African Youth Leadership Program (PAYLP) 2019

The Pan-African Youth Leadership Program (PAYLP) provides participants with a unique educational exchange experience in the United States. PAYLP works to promote mutual understanding and strengthen the connections between the people of the United States and Sub-Saharan Africa and has created an impressive alumni base of young African leaders who continue to impact their communities.

PAYLP provides three weeks of leadership training, cultural excursions, and classroom instruction to talented and dedicated high school students.

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in academic studies, service learning, field trips, site visits, community service, leadership training, conflict resolution training, and cultural exchanges.

Senegal has taken part in this program since 2014.

The selection for the 2019 is open from December 11 to January 11.
