Message for U.S. Citizens: Town Hall Announcement

Town Hall Meeting

September 27, 2016

The U.S. Embassy in Dakar would like to invite U.S. citizens in Senegal to

attend a Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 6:30

p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., so we ask

that you arrive by 6:00 p.m. so as not to disturb the meeting (location to be

announced to participants individually).

The purpose of this event is to meet with the U.S. Ambassador to Senegal,

James P. Zumwalt and the new Embassy team Martina Boustani (Deputy

Chief of Mission), Patricia Neary (Consular Chief), and Christoper Tremann

(Regional Security Officer), as well as to describe the range of services

offered by the American Citizens Services Section, to answer questions and

to hear from you about your experiences and concerns.

This event is open to all U.S. citizens; participants will be required to present

a valid U.S. passport as proof of identity for entrance. To RSVP, please send

an email to DakarACS@state.gov by September 20 including your full name

and date of birth, US passport number, and email address.

Due to space constraints, the invitation is open to the first 200

respondents. Only those who receive a confirmation email from us will be

permitted to attend; unfortunately, we do not have the space to allow

additional guests. Once you are confirmed on our guest list, we will send

you directions and further details about the event.

We hope to see you there!
