Message for U.S. Citizens: Limited Resumption of Routine U.S. Passport, Consular Record of Birth Abroad (CRBA) and notarial services

Beginning November 16, we will resume limited routine processing of U.S. passport and CRBA applications, as well as offer notarial services on Mondays and Wednesdays.  All service requests are by appointment only. Alert: Government of Senegal Ceases COVID-19 Testing on Arrival to Senegal
